It went under complete renovation in 2018-19:
The roof and mast saddle was opened to be reenforced in fiber (no more balsa wood), aluminum davids base and roof-hull junction redone, new windows (better than original), hatches refurbished, rigging checked (new stay), anti-skid paint, new deck teak wood and cockpit table, new gel coat, bottom barrier coat anti-fouling (Jotun).
Inside, new wooden floor and all closets repainted when not furbish with beige marine carpet. New bed foam for front and salon.
To be finish: install service battery and review wiring for neat electricity. New bridge pump in order.
Yanmar 16hp engine(2012) repainted and checked, low hours, runs great (5knts/2200rpm). New stainless shaft and coupler, bronze strut and 2 blade propeller.
Full furling genoa and battered main sail checked. Good condition.
Closed cell cockpit cushions (cover to be made).
New yellow dodger and Bimini.
CQR anchor with 60 ft chain & 170 ft line.
Danforth anchor and plenty lines.
