40' Beneteau Oceanis 400

SV Aleshanee is a well maintained and updated global cruiser, currently traversing the western Caribbean. 2 state rooms, 2 head, large salon with starboard side aft galley. The boat is currently in The Rio Dulce of Guatamala in Dry Storage at Nana Juana.

Standing Rigging:

Mast Stepped/inspected new LED lights installed:
Tri-color, Anchor/Steaming/deck.
Standing Rigging reinspected 2021 and back stays relocated to hard points on Stainless Steel arch removing them from the cockpit area.

Hull:
New Stainless still arch to support Dingy and solar systems. All Arch bases are bonded to the deck and tubing is polished to prevent chaffing of wiring laced internally. 4 antenna mounts are available for external mounting of additional electronic devices. Currently two are in use, one is the Garmin GPS antenna and the second has a WIFi booster antenna. Petit hard Bottom Paint new Jan 2021. one blister found after 5 years. Moved two above water line drain vents further aft. Added 3/4 Thru hull for water maker and one 1/2 above the water line starboard side aft for water maker discharge.

Power Plant:
Original Perkins Prima M50 48-52 HP Diesel. Last owner said the power plant was overhauled 400hrs prior. engine hour meter was not operational when I purchased. New Engine instrumentation installed and hour meter is functional. Estimated engine time 2400.
Engine Timing belt Replaced 230hrs Engine driven fuel pressure pump was rebuilt. Jan 2021
New engine driven impeller and housing installed Jul 2021
New 85A alternator with spare 115a available.
New exhaust elbow installed July 2022
Fuel burn is 0.5gal/hr@1800rpm making 5-6 knots
