"Bella Vela" is a nicely equipped and well-maintained sailing sloop and family cruiser. Built by Irwin Yacht & Marine Corp. in 1985, she comes with a variety of upgrades for performance, comfort and decor.

Sails: A dacron batted Main with two reef points and leech line rigged with the Dutchman system and a Sunbrella sail cover. A 130 per cent Genoa with UV cover and a Harken roller-furling system.

Winches: Two Harken #44 with two-speed self-tailing. Halyard winch is Harken #32 with two-speed self-tailing.

Steering: Yacht Specialties pedestal system with stainless steel wheel

Electrical: 110 Volt AC Electrical System with one 30A 125-volt receptacle, one 50-foot 30A 125-volt cord, a Xantrex 20 amp battery charger and a Power 2000 watt inverter. 12-volt DC system with two Group 27 marine batteries.

Electronic Equipment: Standard Horizon Intrepid VHF radio, Datamarine S200DL depth finder, Datamarine S100KL knotmeter, Raymarine ST4000 autopilot, Raymarine A50 GPS, Raymarine ST60 wind-speed and direction indicator mounted on the pedestal.

A new Sunbrella Bimini covers the entire cockpit. Interior cushions throughout the cabin, upholstered in Sunbrella fabric, are four years old, as are vinyl-covered cockpit cushions. Other features include a Marine Air 12,000 BTU central air conditioner, six-gallon electric hot-water heater, 12-volt refrigerator, 120-volt Daewoo microwave oven, Hillerange 3-burner LPG stove with oven, 27-inch flat-screen TV, Sony AM/FM/CD stereo, stainless steel dinghy davit, and Magna LPG grill mounted on the stern rail. Bella Vela sleeps six adults comfortably.
