37' Pacific Seacraft PSC 37 Voyagemaker

Sandy Shoes is a lightly used well maintained Pacific Seacraft 37 with Ullman 130% genoa full batten mainsail and staysail. She is set up for single handed sailing with all lines led aft. Lewmar bronze self tailing winches with tall lifelines The interior is beautifully crafted with satin-varnished hand-rubbed honey-colored teak cabinetry with plenty of louvered storage cabinets and drawers for extended cruising. The U-Shaped galley with a 3-burner Force 10 stove & oven, Adler Barber 12V refrigeration, and double SS sinks is fully functional while underway. The L-shaped dinette with folding table and a berth-size settee opposite at mid-ships, will comfortably seat a crew of six. In addition to the pullman style double berth in the forepeak and the large aft quarterberth, the dinette can convert to a berth as well. The head with vanity and shower has an Wolter SS Instant Hot Water Heater. 11 opening Bronze Portlites and 2 solar-vented deck hatches. The 2007 Yanmar 3JH4E has low hours and professionally maintained. She was pulled out of the water in October 2021 inspected and the bottom was painted with two coats of ablative paint. The brightwork is in good condition and the interior wood joinery is in excellent condition. The mast has folding foot steps and the running rigging has been replaced as needed.
