She's a beautifully designed steelhull with no rust and all the extras you'd need and only 3 through holes! Lot's of improvements have been made since purchasing, like installing new toilet, batteries with a 280w solar panel, victron solar controller, having a quarter-berth made with storage where before was empty space.
Included is an 11ft fold-a-boat dinghy with 5hp mercury outboard, a 3hp torqeedo electric outboard and ocean kayak. A dodger has been added shading the entire stern and mosquito nets have been installed on the companionway hatch and portholes. Ladder steps are welded to the stern allowing you to easily come aboard from the water. I'm living on the boat now as it is moored in Bahia San Carlos, Sonora Mexico and it floats, sails amazingly.
The engine starts and runs perfectly. The boat was professionally surveyed 3 yrs ago, with the surveyor saying it was in great sailing shape with no rust. I know this because the surveyor is local here and I intend to have it surveyed by him again. The boat is altogether ready to sail anywhere you'd want to go. There's some cosmetic issues I wanted to fix before selling, but nothing that would affect sailing safely. I've already paid and submitted my application to the USCG to receive the title in my name and am waiting for them to process it.
This boat has all the extras, drogue, quality main jib spinnaker sails with a nearly new storm sail, V3 Fleming wind vane, whisker pole and the rolling furler drum setup, without the foil that goes up the mast.
