Description: |
44 ft Brewer Ketch has traveled the Intercoastal Waterways and has sailed to Mexico and the Bahamas. She is equipped with rod rigging, aluminum masts (62ft Tallest) with climbing steps, built in boarding ladder at the stern, 16 stainless steel ports, five hatches, and fiberglass hull and decks with cetol coated wood trim. The interior includes a navigation center, and a galley with a new stainless-steel sink/faucet (2021), a three-burner propane stove w/oven (two new 10 lb. tanks), top and front opening refrigerator (recently repowered) and large freezer. There is also a salon, with sofas on both sides of the center that convert into berths, two cabins and two heads with corian counters. The aft captain's cabin head includes a small bathtub, and the forward cabin has direct access to the forward head. 2021 Fuel injector Pump replaced, and fuel delivery system serviced. * The aft cabin and salon pictures are not actually Wild Oats, they are sample photos of what the salon and aft cabin layouts are, cushions are blue in color* |

Other equipment: three anchors: 66lb Bruce, 45lb Ricoh and large Danforth on the stern, wind generator, two solar panels, bow thruster, electric jib winches, Westerbeke 6 kw generator (rebuilt armature in 2019), two heat pumps (run on shore power or generator), HP Perkins 236 engine. Dinghy and 6hp Johnson motor. |
