65' Irwin 65 ketch

This Irwin was the very first of the popular charter version Irwins with 4 cabins aft. In fact the owner worked directly with Ted Irwin to develop this particular layout.

She has four equal size guest cabins aft, each with a private head and shower. A large main salon and a spacious galley just forward. All the way forward is a V-berth cabin as well as a cabin offset to port these share a head and shower and are typically considered to be the CREW quarters.

She was marina based at Nanny Cay (bvis). Never ventured beyond St. Barths and so she has not been exposed to the rigors of deep sea sailing. Now outside the water in st. Kitts for the last 2 years so hull is dry and sound. Owner was going through a small refit but have to let her go due to family and business compromise.
