42' Pearson 424 Ketch

1981 424 Ketch sailboat powered by a 58 hp Westerbeke 23000 diesel built for sailing adventures. Large cockpit. Two entry passageways, one in aft cockpit and one in main salon. Below deck comfortably sleeps 7-8, great for hosting family or friends with plenty of storage throughout.

Owner is sad to end this chapter, but hasn't been able to splash the boat in a few years. Its time to seek new owners to get it back in the water and hoist the sails.

Known issues:
Water got inside the boat we think its the seal around the main mast or one of the windows.
The bilge pump needs to be replaced, new one is included in sale.
The refrigerator was used as a cooler, although they have the parts to make it a refrigerator.
We were not able to test the engine before the winter weather. It ran fine last time it was used.

Its a great boat, but its definitely a project boat for the right person.
