28' Cape Dory 28

FRESHWATER boat, dry storage, shrink wrapped 6 months of the year. Edson wheel steering. Lines run back to the cockpit for easy single-handing (only genoa halyard at the mast). Original bronze portlights. Royal blue Awlgrip paint on topsides. Transom repainted in 2022, ready if you want to rename the boat. Antifouling with interlux product in 2026. Anchor plate reinforced with 2 stainless steel backing plates (2022).

- Mainsail: full batten, 2 reef points. Fair condition
- 3 furling genoas: 2 light 150/160% Genoas in good condition, 1 heavier reefable genoa in good condition
