Electrical: 220. This is a European designed and built vessel imported & registered in the United States. Import duties have been paid. IT IS 220 VOLT, NOT 110 VOLT!

Instead of spending money on needed maintenance, Ive decided to reduce the price.

Boat is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida after two months sailing in the Bahamas. I am in South Carolina helping with family medical/health issues, but fly to FLD monthly to check in. Bottom is professionally cleaned bi monthly while dockside. Not convenient to keep the boat at this time so she is up for sale.

Dont have a recent survey. Shes well built, in good condition, but needs some attention.
1.) Replace house batteries (x4)
2.) Needs rigging inspection and some repairs to staysail and staysail furler
3.) Outboard motor steering bearing is seized
4.) Engine RPM gauge and fuel tank gauge not working on return trip.
