NEW: Topside Interlux Paint, Newer Bottom Paint, all new thru-hulls, all new seacocks, Perkins Diesel Reconditioned (disassembled to the block and acid washed with new heat exchanger and alternator), new deck drain plumbing, new aft head with plumbing, new electric macerator head fwd (requires final plumbing), new 40 amp charger, new Garmin 700 Chart Plotter, all new standing rig, all new chain plates, two new roller furling systems jib and main, Crystal Quest 3-filtration system. New VHF, running lights, steaming light, tri-color anchor combination light and spreader lights. New electrical wiring for engine, multi-switch, ignition, and charging professionally installed by high-end boat yard with all receipts.

I am only selling because I had to relocate North for my job. This vessel has been 90% reconditioned to cross oceans. She is solid and very nearly ready to go. The remaining work needed to be done is simple and can be accomplished by someone who is familiar with basic yacht maintenance. I will continue to finish this yacht over the next year but the price will go up with these new systems. Price is negotiable based on survey but I'd actually prefer to keep the boat so low-ball offers will be ignored.
