Description:
The Flow 19 won "best trailable cruiser" award from acclaimed french sailing magazine Voile Magazine. It was modeled after Beneteau's First 18, a popular sport cruiser. It is custom made by a small shipyard in France that specializes in making fast and lightweight yachts using proven and long lasting wood/epoxy process. The hull integrated toerail, coach roof and structural reinforcements use composite materials applied using vacuum resin infusion technology. The rudders and swing keel are molded composite using a similar process. The boat builder takes pride in selecting environmentally friendly materials. The resins are bio-based and bambu fiber mats are used for certain parts such as rudders and the coach roof. All outside wood surfaces are protected by two layers of painted composite glass/epoxy and are maintenance free.

Although a planning hull with a similar length and beam than a First 18, the Flow 19 has more volume, a higher freeboard, a much larger cabin that can sleep up to 4 and ample storage space. The hard chines and dual-rudder system provide excellent tracking even at pronounced healing angles. The wide transom and planning hull add great stability with large storage lockers built into the seatees. The cockpit is roomier with the crew seating higher above water providing a clear view ahead and protection from the elements. The Flow 19 is a perfect performance pocket cruiser and with a displacement of just above 1,000lbs, it can be easily trailered by a mid-size car with a towing capacity of 1,500lbs or more. When her retractable keel is up, a mere draft of 0.33ft allows the boat to beach anywhere
or motor around in shallow waters. With her dual 60L water ballasts emptied, she sails fast in light air and travel light on the road.

Equipment:
The Flow 19 can be custom order and comes standard with a Dacron Main and Jib sails, full Harken hardware and black anodized mast and boom. It typically take 10 months from the time of order to delivery from the shipyard.
