Canadian Sailcraft earned its reputation through quality construction and thoughtful design, and the CS 36 Merlin carries that heritage proudly. Designed by Tony Castro, the Merlin brought a fresh, European-inspired approach to cruising. Generous beam carried aft creates a spacious cockpit and room for a private aft cabin, while the bright saloon and practical galley make extended stays aboard inviting. Comfortable cockpit seating, uncluttered decks and sail controls led aft complement a design praised for its performance in light to moderate air and manageable handling when sailing shorthanded.
