41'9' Downeaster PH 41

This is the comfortable pilothouse version of the Downeaster sailing yacht. She was repowered in 2012 and underwent an extensive refit. The Downeaster 41 pilothouse is American made long range well equipped for extended cruising or liveaboard. The large comfortable aft cockpit is perfect for lounging at anchorage, safe underway and has plenty of room for entertaining. Through the double doors of the companionway is the salon pilothouse area. There are two settees each with a fold away table and the secondary steering station and navigation area are comfortably out of the elements. The panoramic windows not only brings in lots of light they also afford a fantastic view of the surroundings and protection out of elements. Down two stairs forward to the next level is the midship cabin with a double berth to port and galley to starboard. Forward on the port is the head with shower. The queen size V-Berth is accessible from the head and the galley passage. The anchor locker forward has access from the V-berth.

Engine: Yanmar 4JH4-TE, new in 2012, 75 HP, cruising speed 6.5 knots at 2000rpm, 5.5 kn. at 1800 rpm 0.52 gall /h.
Tanks: 2 diesel tanks 100gallons each , 2 stainless water tanks 125 gal and 32 gal.
Heating: New in 2022 hydronic system.
Galley: Norcool refrigerator, 3 burner gimballed stove with oven, double sink, new corian countertop, two new faucets, hot water, pressure water, charcoal filter, 10 gallon hot water tank uses 110 V. and engine.
Electronics and Navigation equipment: Icom M802, AT140 Tuner, Raymarine 24 mile radar, VHF Standard Horizen GX2100 with AIS receiver, Raymarine Smart autopilot lineardrive with remote control. Raymarine A57D charplotter depthsounder. Taktick wirless wind instrument, Garmin GPS, radio, cdplayer, sirus radio, tv Ritchie compass(2) , IridiumGo.
Electrical system: 1 start battery, Duralast 800 cca new Oct 2019, 6 Deep cycle House battries with 750 amp hours new in 2021, Xantrex 2000w inverter new Oct 2019.110 volts plug ins throughout the boat with Bluesystem panel. Trucharge 20 amp automatic battery charger. 280 watts of solar with Victron regulators. 30 amp 50 foot Smart dock cable. Hitachi Alternator 80 amps.
Mechanical Equipment: 2 automatic bilge pumps, 1 manual bilge pump, 2 bilge alarms, 2 bilge blowers ( in and out), 4 fire extinguishers mounted and serviced. Jabsco head with Electrascan and overboard discharge. Campbell Sailers 21x11 propeller, Hurth ZF30 transmission.
Sail and Rigging: Dacron main jib Yankee, Genoa and staysail, spinnaker. Midboom sheeting with traveler. 2 Profurl furling's. 6 winches, 5 with 2 speeds and selftailing on both primary and 1 cabin top. Aluminum deck stepped mast with compression post and aluminum spreaders. Spinnaker pole with mast track mount.
Deck Equipment: Primery anchorage 55lb Danforth Plow with 150 feet of chain and 200 feet of rode, 30 plus lb, Danforth fluke anchor with 50 feet of chain and 200 feet of rode. Danforth fluke 10lbs for dinghy with chain and rode. Lofrans Tiger electric windless. Dual bow rollers.
