28.5' C&C Yachts C&C 29 MK II

The C&C 29 MK II is one of C&C's most successful designs. It does very well on the race course and is also a comfortable cruiser. "Paddy's Hurricane" has been well looked after thanks to the TLC her owner has provided. Fresh water vessel.
There is a double berth forward with single berths on the settees. The table folds up against the bulkhead to make room for the port settee to fold out into a 6'3" double berth. The starboard settee provides a nice single berth. The port quarter berth offers a 6'4" berth with window for ventilation and light. The head is on the port side between the main cabin and the forward cabin with a hanging locker opposite. The galley is at the bottom of the companionway stairs on the starboard side. The hot/cold pressurized water system adds a lot of comfort to your sailing experience. 6 gallons of water are heated at dockside with 110 AC and offshore from the engine heat exchanger. The head is an Air Head composting toilet which is Eco Friendly and keeps the boat fresh with the ventilation fan. The leather covered wheel is a "nice touch" on chilly mornings. Fully battened North mainsail, 135 Sobstad on Harken furler, both in good condition. Smooth running 13 HSP Yanmar 2GM diesel housed in sound insulated engine compartment is amazingly quiet.
