1985 American Built Sailboat. This boat is being offered for sale after years of enjoyment. Without time to sail the boat this season, it is time for it to be passed to someone looking to spend the summer enjoying cruising life. With a great layout and amenities to enjoy weekend cruising, it is ready to show someone new a great sailing season. It has an open layout, and generous beam (10ft) and head room (62), making it feel much larger than most 28-29ft boats. The boat was last used in the season of 2021 and has since been located at Iroquois Marine Services (Ontario, Canada), having previously sailed out of NYC in Toronto and the Brockville, Thousand Islands area. It comes with its cradle and inflatable dinghy 9.9 merc (negotiable). Cruisers: this boat was built for comfort and has been upgraded extensively!
Westerbeke 10-2 diesel engine maintained with annual oil change. Water pump, fuel filter have been replaced and injectors services in last 3 years. Comes with all lines, fenders, cushions, galley contents, sails and more. The cockpit has seating with storage on both sides and a large pedestal steering wheel with autopilot system - sit back and let the boat take you to your destination! Swim ladder to get in and out. A dodger keeps you sheltered from the wind and out of the sun. A high end and plenty big anchor with chain is included in the anchor locker. Draft is 4 ft.

Sails included: 1 head sail and 2 main sails (1 new used for only a season) with lazy jack main sail and cover. Rolling furler system.

Cockpit has a propane bbq and teak pedestal table for dining. Interior includes a V-berth, aft port berth with a small locker, bathroom with head, sink and ample storage, a very functional galley with a sink, stove top, refrigerator and a full set of dishe. Between two bench seats there is a teak fold down table that is comfortable for dining or working below. Motivated to sell and make a deal with someone who can enjoy this boat this season.
