The 2007 Beneteau 43 is not just a comfortable and capable cruiser, but also offers satisfying sailing performance. Ratatouille has demonstrated that she can handle blue water crossings having sailed from Croatia into the Caribbean, much of Latin American, twice through the Panama Canal, to the Polynesian Islands, then Hawaii, and finally to her home in Half Moon Bay, CA. She was never in charter.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
This model is the two-cabin, two head version. The forward cabin has 6' 4" headroom and is bright with hull ports, an opening deck hatch, shelves, a hanging locker, and an ensuite head w/shower.
The main saloon is roomy and inviting, with cabinets and shelves along both sides, and a large dinette surrounded by U-shaped seating that converts to a double berth. The two hull ports, overheard hatch, and large windows with opening ports bring in plenty of light and ventilation.
Just forward of the Nav station and opposite the dinette is a settee long enough to sleep on. Aft of the dinette to starboard is the second head w/shower. The aft cabin to starboard has a large double berth, hanging locker and shelving, a hull port, as well as an opening port into the cockpit.
