Tequila Mockingbird is an Excellent example of this highly sought after model. This is a 2-cabin layout boat, with a V berth forward and large aft cabin, she has been well maintained and cared for. The head is exceptional for a yacht this size and boasts a separate shower stall with access to a huge garage locker. Sails are in very good shape with a full batten Main, along with a furling headsail. Instruments have just been updated with a Raymarine i50/60 Sailpack, i70p autopilot and Axiom chart plotter. The engine was serviced in March this year. Both standing and running rigging are in great shape with the rig inspected last fall.

The Sun Odyssey 36i Performance is a high-performance cruising yacht built for comfort and designed to be the best of both worlds. The Sun Odyssey series is a true blue-water cruising boat, while the Performance spec adds items like properly sized deck fittings and winches from Harken, a taller high-performance Selden mast and rig along with the deeper draft keel that give her a turn of speed and better handling. The net result is a fast, stiff cruiser that is more comfortable with less heeling so everyone onboard has an enjoyable passage. This boat is designed by Marc Lombard and built by Jeanneau Yachts in France.
