All in good working order to race or cruise. This is the tall fractional rig (not the 31-2).

- Late model Atomic 4 (gas) in excellent working order, fresh water cooled, electronic ignition (have a conversation while motoring); oil and temp alarms
- Max-Prop 2 blade feathering propellor
- Autohelm autopilot, wind, depth; radar; VHF
- 2 deep cycle group 31 Interstate batteries new 2020, 2022
- 100 watt solar panel
- Rocna Vulcan 12kg, 65 feet 3/8 chain, 150 feet rode
- Spare fluke anchor, chain, rode
- Pentex mainsail and genoa in serviceable condition
- Like new Quantum racing main (Quantum tag says "Very Good")
- Selden 100S furler rebuilt 2022, new forestay
- Symmetrical spinnaker, pole, all lines in good shape
- 2 dacron jibs in good condition
- 20mil vinyl winter cover 3 years old, will serve for 15 years
- Dodger, bimini, dodger windows ok, material needs replacement
- 10 gal holding tank and macerator pump new in 2021
- 8 ft West Marine inflatable dinghy, rollup, main tubes are good, floor needs glue repair
- Honda 2.3hp 4 stroke outboard new 2021
- Lots of spares and tools
