Description:
T Harrison Butler designed gaff rigged cutter built at Toronto and launched 1960 and on fresh water only until 2020. Full rebuild 2016-2018. New Beta Marine 20 diesel with about 50 hours (2020), cockpit rebuild at Gannon and Benjamin (2020), New main (2020), new jib (2021), Staysail and topsail 2019, yankee sail 2018. Stormsail unknown date. Lines all less than three years old. Decks sealed with non-skid rubber paint 2021. Solar. AIS. VHF. Strip planked fir over oak frames. 2018 survey available. Boat sleeps two - it is a great bachelor's boat or a proper sailing couple's boat. Well balanced and sea kindly. Comes with cover and aluminum frame (2018). Asking $22,000 which reflect the excellent condition of the boat, but this price is very negotiable and boat needs a new home. This is not a very upper, she is ready to go sailing.
