Description: |
Our vessel spent its first 13 years in fresh water of Lake Ontario with its first owners who placed her on the hard every winter. We have owned her for past 10 years and have spent winters in the Bahamas and then placed her on the hard each year for 7 months, hence the low engine hrs. She has been extremely well maintained and her log book captures that! Endeavours quality craftsmanship has stood the test of time. This vessel is ideal for someone that wants easy sailing in that all lines lead to the helm, power winches, power davits, self tacking jib, and comfortable helm protection from all the elements. She came out of the same mold as as her sister powercats and thus one can have her mast stored away and used for motoring trips such as the loop. She is very fuel efficient at 0.5 gal/hr at 6 kts. We would be happy to spend some time on how to operate her with newbys to cruising. Both owners are engineers and coast guard auxiliary members and thus she is well equipped with lots of spares and safety equipment.
Main Features Extraordinary kitchen cupboard capacity can store 6 months supply easily (need a step stool to reach highest shelves!) Two extra large self draining foredeck lockers with a unique garage space under the cockpit that houses generator, water tank, watermaker and batteries. Three large state rooms with queen berths and two bathrooms, each with large showers and vacuflush toilets. The master stateroom is located on the main level with a walkaround bed and an adjoining walk-in closet with laundry in the hull and a private bathroom. Very wide safe walking around outside allows plenty of room for kayaks, bikes etc. Raised helm gives unparalleled visibility. Equipped for off the grid cruising. |
