18' Cape Dory Typhoon Open

Ty Too has been summer sailed and professionally maintained for the past half-decade; consistently finishing in the top half of the Ty fleet at the Rappahannock River Yacht Club when raced which was not often.
Hull and rig are strong, completely refinished 2 decades ago, but some might say could benefit with paint for a dressed up appearance but not necessary for performance. She has a Teal hull with white antifouling and gold boot stripe. Tiller and one hatch cover are bright (Epiphanes), rest of teak is clean and bare. Updated hardware and boat in very good condition. Lightly used three year old Genoa, older main in great condition, working jib with jib boom in good condition. Now on the hard but ready to sail.
