Sabre 42 cruiser for sale. This is the single aft head model, which feature a generous V-birth with sink and a large quarter birth with its own direct access to the head. Fine Sabre craftmanship with excellent balanced sailing characteristics. She is a keel centerboard allowing for easy access to shallow harbors. She draws 411 with the board up, and around 85 with the board down. 2024 insurance survey valuing boat at $75k. Asking $65k obo, offers encouraged. Currently in the water in Annapolis MD.

2023 new Bimini and connector to dodger.



Extensive refit in 2005.



2005 repowered with a W55C, which included replacing the 2 inch exhaust with 3 inch and a new Vetus water lift muffler; also new transmission and Aquadrive universal joint coupling to the shaft. Prop is 2- blade 18-10RH. Goretex GFO for the stuffing box, never a problem. Engine hours are about 650.



2005 new rod rigging done by Cheasapeake Rigging including a complete overhaul of the mast, new splice, powder coat etc, reset with Spartite and boot cover, including Tides sail track and separate storm sail track. New Harken furler.



Things that need attention:



Has dual capstan Windlass, never investigated it, might be serviceable.



Foot pumps, and cockpit pump need attention



Portlights are okay but could use attention.



Has old A/C heat pump, it turns on works but drain pan and duct work need some attention and may need a new circulator pump.



Mast step is showing compression.

2018 stackpack for the main.



Converted to propane (locker has proper drain and vent), new Force Ten three burner stove/oven.
