"ORIA" is a USCG Documented Beneteau 40 that is well-equipped, meticulously maintained, and in excellent condition.

This model has the standard keel and upgraded 54hp Yanmar engine (meter reads 667 hours), with the single large aft cabin (true queen size bed) and huge port cockpit locker for storage (great for inflatable dinghy, life raft, with plenty of room for much more gear).

She has received over $30K of recent upgrades by the current owner for extended offshore cruising.

All exterior teak has been finished with CETOL.

All interior cushions and upholstery in "like new" condition.

The hull bottom, keel, and rudder are in excellent condition with Interlux Epoxy Barrier Coat and Ablative Bottom Paint (applied March, 2023).

There are two parts from Beneteau that will need to be installed at some point, the acrylic skylight in the main cabin and the acrylic window on the starboard side. The skylight has a leak and the window has a vertical crack (but is still serviceable). The new skylight and window will be provided with the boat and installation will be the responsibility of the buyer if it is not completed by the boatyard before the sale.
