25' Catalina C250 Water Ballast

1995 Catalina C250 Water Ballast cruiser. Tiller steer, roller furling jib. I am the second owner last 4 years. This boat has always been stored inside during the off season. The boat has always been sailed on smaller inland lakes. Lake Wawasee in Syracuse , In and Lake Tippiecanoe in Leesburg, In. I just do not get enough use out of it therefore I have decided to sell it. The boat has never been slept in and the inside cushions have always been stored in the house and they are in brand new condition. The boat is on a factory galvanized tandem axle trailer that has not been towed very much because the boat has always been slipped on the lakes mentioned. The sails are original and in good condition no holes or rips but could use cleaning. The boats has a 9.9 Evinrude 2 stroke outboard with electric start, charging system and a 3 gallon gas tank. Boat has a water ballast system so the towing weight is only 2600#. It has a self filling water ballast system that holds 1200# of lake water. The trailer is equipt with a mast raising system that makes mast raising and lowering a simple procedure. The boat has an enclosed head with porta potty , a cabinet with counter ,sink, 10 gallon water holding tank (never been used) and a single burner propane stove which has also never been used. Great trailer sailer or for slipping and cruising the Great Lakes fully capable of sailing big bodies of water. Boat needs nothing other than a good cleaning and wax job.
