Description:
What it needs: Boat has been sitting since October 2020 when my wife was diagnosed with cancer.

Engine (which was hauled and rebuilt in 2000) needs minor repairs and battery bank (3 heavy duty) batteries may need replacing (been on a trickle charger for 4.5 years)

water intrusion into cabin (through defective mast boot) - took flooring panel up (still have the cutouts) but needs replacing

Dodger and bimini torn beyond repair in a storm but saved the pieces anticipating construction of replacement.

Calling the condition of the boat a "project" implies more work than is really necessary - considered making all repairs myself until cancer took my wife, and am now to old.

It is a great boat for someone willing to spend some time or money on her - particularly strong upwind sailor.

Equipment:
Auto helm, numerous chart plotters, anchor, recent cockpit cushions, depth and speed indicators, wheel mounted compass, roller furling, sails in good shape (main, 150 genoa, 100 genoa) propane stove, kerosene heater, sound system speakers in cabin and cockpit - very comfortable boat and easy to single hand - stable in rough seas- Sleeps 4-5 - Hate to part with her, but time doesn't wait... Looking for $6K or I'll donate it before paying another slip fee - moored at Old Bay Marina in Baltimore 410-935-6660 Please note all pics were taken prior to 2000
