Description: |
Open to co-ownership discussions. For those of you who are not familiar with the Catalina 320, it has the interior space of a 35 cruiser with the cost and handling of a 32. It is considered a 3-cabin layout. The wing keel provides the ability to go into skinny water and still have decent windward performance. I find it responsive, predictable and well balanced, and have often exceed 7 kts in 12-15 kt winds. It has a swim platform (and outdoor shower) that makes the process of getting in and out much easier when swimming or using the tender. Includes required safety gear. Sails: Newer Doyle mainsail in excellent shape. Lazy jacks ease the lowering process Roller furling110 genoa, is in good shape. There is a spare of both main and jib with heavier cloth. Lewmar #44 2 speed self-tailing sheet winches Lewmar #30 2 speed self-tailing winches on deck
Canvas: The dodger is in good shape with clear isinglass Bimini covers the whole cockpit so it is great for keeping the rain and sun off.
Interior There are 3 cabins: the aft has a queen bunk. The Main Salon starboard bunk can be made into a double by lowering the table, and the port is a single. The V berth has a door. There are removable inserts in the forward bulkhead to make the main cabin larger and airier. There are 2 showers: one in the head and second at the swim platform. Hot water is heated by the engine and electric when hooked up to shore power.
