26.8' Catalina 27 SD

This beautiful, spacious, classic sloop, friendly for shallower waters, is located in its own slip at Lake Mead Marina, A dock.

It features a Universal M-18 (inboard 14HP diesel) with low hours. A roller furling jib, a wheel helm, swim ladder and adjustable backstay as well as many new lines (running rigging).
The upholstery is updated and there is a new VHF radio and two large batteries and battery charger. In the galley, a propane double burner stove and ice box.
Shoal draft is 3ft 5in. With a winged keel. There is no rigging for a spinnaker, but all halyards are direct through deck organizers to the cockpit. The traveller is robust and above the comapnionway. This sailboat has a wheel helm not a tiller. There are self tailing winches for the jib sheets and main halyard, and new roller furler hardware.
The slip is transferable.
This sailboat does NOT have a trailer, but there may be one available as a loaner if you want to take this boat off the lake.
There are no working navigation electronics.
