Description:
A 30' fiberglass sloop fractional rigged sailboat.
Stainless steel standing rigging with bronze and stainless-steel turnbuckles and fittings. Stainless steel bow and stern pulpits with double stainless-steel lifelines on stainless steel
stanchions. Aft cockpit with wheel steering. Inboard auxiliary
diesel engine.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Forward V berth cabin. Aft of main bulkhead is the main salon with port settee and starboard dinette. Aft in main salon to port is the navigation station, to starboard is the galley. Head & shower port side (needs new shower head). One aft cabin (athwartships bunk) below the cockpit.

Equipment:
Galley with top loading icebox, sink, AC with heat exchanger, AM/FM radio/CD with speakers in cabin and cockpit, RayMarine ST6000 autopilot, RayMarine wind speed & direction, Mainsail cover - fair condition needs to be renewed, Sunbrella Wheel cover, Cockpit bimini frame, good condition (have bimini to use for pattern), Roller furling genoa, Garmin GPS plotter, Magma propane grill with cover, Autohelm knot & depth sounder, Safety Sea Anchor, Pet rescue Frisbee, Sunbeam ships clock, thermometer and barometer, Lazy jack mainsail flaking system.
