Solitude, a 2002 Hutchins Com-Pac 25 sailboat, is for sale. She's currently on the hard for the off-season and is located near the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, on Lake Superior, at Washburn Marina.

Survey and sea trial performed in October 2024 by a SAMS accredited surveyor. Solitude received an overall vessel rating of 'BUC CONDITION.' This rating means the vessel is ready for sale or use requiring no additional work and normally equipped for her size.

Solitude has a clean title/registration and her trailer's registration is also current. (Our state does not title trailers in its size/weight.)

* New North Sails June 2025 Crosscut Dacron Cruising sails: 135% roller-furling genoa with new jib sheets (June 2025) & mainsail with two reefs and battens (not full battens)

* New forest green mainsail cover by ShipShape Canvas out of Duluth (Spring 2025)

* Original (likely) mainsail with four (4) standard battens (not full) and original (likely) roller-furled headsail (unsure size).

* Asymmetrical spinnaker (we have not used, but former owner used it extensively)

* Newly upholstered interior/cabin cushions by ShipShape Canvas out of Duluth, MN, in Spring 2025.

* Standing rigging replaced by previous owner (less than 5 years); work done by Washburn Marina.

* Lead acid battery powered 12 volt system; two (2) batteries onboard, each is a Deka, group 24 deep cycle battery, new in May, 2024.

* Forest green canvas tiller cover, bimini, and dodger installed on stainless steel frames

* 2003 Performance double-axle galvanized trailer w/ spare tire. Tire dates are as follows: Rear tires are 2024. Port side (drivers side) front tire is 2020. Starboard side (passenger side) front tire 2023. Spare is 2017. Lights function. Brakes are believed to be electric and functional, however, we have not driven the boat on the trailer/the trailer ourselves to test them.
