22' Falmouth Cutter

Built in 1980 at the renowned Samuel Morse yard in Costa Mesa, Narwhal is hull #001. This is the boat that designer Lyle Hess created for himself. She was built as a show boat to represent all the Falmouth Cutter 22s to come. FC22s have circled the world single-handed and Narwhal is equipped and rigged according to blue water cruising.

I am the 3rd owner and have the original correspondence between Lyle Hess, the original owner, and the Samuel Morse yard.
Narwhal is equipped and powered for offshore right now.
All she really needs now is a skipper who can continue to take her wherever he/she wants.
