Description:
Bees Knees is a one-off classic design sailing vessel that has been sailed as a liveaboard since 2005 by the present owner. She has been through many adventures from Maine, up and down the US East Coast, Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Eastern Caribbean and down to Venezuela and back. She is ICW friendly and an air draft of 63 ft Beautiful teak toerails, combing boards in the cockpit, deck handrails and dorade boxes.
This Creekmore 45 was designed and built by Ray and Lee Creekmore (father and son team). They built the hulls and the buyers would finish them out. Bees Knees was finished out at the Bristol Boatyard in Bristol, RI. Toerails and chocks are very similar to the Bristol. Very sturdy ocean-going vessel.

Equipment:
Yanmar engine is 66hp turbo. Generator is NexGen 5.5 KW.
Modified full keel hull.
VariProp 4 blade propeller with PropSpeed on.
Keel-stepped mast.

Sails/Rigging:
Full-batten main (Mack Sails) with 3 reef points with Sailrite made stack pack
115% Roller furled triradial genoa (Quantum)
Staysail with sailbag (Sailrite custom made)
Spinnaker pole stored on mast, spinnaker drifter with sock.
Jib and main storm sails.
Heavily engineered Norseman standing rigging design by Marek with original drawing and dimensions available.
Boarding ladder stored on deck and also has mounts for starboard midship access.
Harken traveler with lines leading to cockpit.
Monitor WindVane with 2 vanes.

Ground tackle:
Anchors: Rocna 33Kg (200 ft chain) and Bruce 66# (150 ft chain)

On Deck:
Andersen winches: 40, 46, 58 (2 each)
Maxwell vertical windlass 2200VW/wired remote.
Deep anchor locker with access from deck, divided for 2 separate chains, drains to bilge
Garhauer dinghy motor lift on stern, Edson outboard motor mount.
Full Raymarine electronics: ST60 wind, depth, speed.
Autopilot, 2 GPS RN300.
M506 ICOM VHF with remote mic at helm.
ICOM 802 SSB with tuner and split backstay, excellent copper grounding.
