Description:
Kitty Lou is a 1979 Bristol 35.5 built in Bristol Rhode Island, typical of Ted Hood's classic, seaworthy, elegant designs. Known for their build quality she has a solid fiberglass hull with encapsulated lead keel. A two owner fresh water only much loved, well maintained cruiser with many upgrades. Being a freshwater boat on Lake Superior she is only in the water 4 to 5 months a year. Beautiful Teak and Mahogany interior, the engine has less than 1,000 original hours, Wallas cabin heater, newer bottom paint, cushions and upholstery.New dodger and bimini, solar vents, new plumbing, propane stove with sizable fridge. There is lots of information on these very capable classic boats on line.

Equipment:
Newer electronics suite including ais and radar, newer sails include main, 120 head sail, asymmetrical spinnaker, and storm sail. She has a new windlass with new chain, rode, and a Vulcan anchor. New 390 watts of solar over the bimini with lithium ion batteries which keeps you untethered from the dock. New feathering prop and all maintenance is current.
