Welcome to come look at it and see how much room there is and all the storage there is with all the hatches, Also how easy it is to step the forward mast with the special design the person did its pretty cool. With the walkthru in the bow you can walk all the way up to the bow with you feet on the floor. Store anchors and ropes etc.
New paint on both mast and the whole deck with totalboat marine paint.

Based on Core Sound 17 design but better with weight lifting keel.
This one was built with a weight centerboard which are rare. It gives you more deck space without the positive pull down arm in the way.
Make it better for camping with a tent, plenty of room and you don't trip over it.
This one has boards that can be placed in the opening in the deck so the whole thing become a floor to walk on. Its great for fishing, like a giant skiff, I love that feature. The boards break down smaller so you can store them away, smart design.
Lots of storage space under all the hatches there are lots of them.

I have boards to fit in deck so you can walk all around on the deck while fishing make a great skiff. I leave the mast up and they can give you some to balance yourself sometimes while walking around. Amazing storage areas. Two 6 gallon gas tanks that fit in the hatches will take you for miles and mile with the 2.3 honda or just sail for free. Mint condition Honda. Extra props too.
Come with Main sail and Mizzen both have reefing points. Sails are great condition.

B&B Sails is great condition, Honda 2.3 air cooled 4 stroke, Trolling motor with 2 100amp hr. Two anchors and pole stick.
Extra props for trolling motor and Honda. Full cover aswell and some other extra stuff aswell. You will need a 1 7/8" ball for the hitch. Board swing down is about 4.5ft down. 8"inch draft with board swing up flush with the bottom.
More deck space then the standard Core Sound 17 which is better.

Some better features then standard Core 17. I could go to the same places I went with my Hobie Passport 12.0. It goes real shallow. Even a built in cooler in one of the hatches. Has to be sold, Im going to Hawaii......
Before you buy in the area you better check this property. Make me offer I might take it????? Location location and has two boat lifts. You could lift up your jet ski up onto the ground in the backyard with the crane lifts and other boat lifts can't do that. They can be used for many things. Even lift a inboard engine out and place it on the ground for you to work on it. You can polish the bottom of your boat etc. Both 8000lb lifts.
The old timers know how important they can be.
