Description:
This is a hand-built 18 ft Gaff Rigged Sharpie cutter designed by Healy Boatworks. Complete with 3 sails (Main, Jib, and Stay) and all related rigging and gear. This offering includes a trailer with 3rd wheel and homemade sawhorses and blocks to raise the trailer up while in storage to alleviate pressure on the tires. Also included are the original ads and flyers for the Healy Sharpie, plus correspondence, plans, blueprints, and helpful instructions. The boat is ready to travel long distances with a PVC pipe system that has been created to cradle and lash down all components, including the mast. This 1981 45-year-old hand made boat is in excellent condition, as is the trailer because it has ALWAYS been garage kept. This is a real beauty.
