32' Irwin 32

Lush is a 1972 Irwin 32. She is a sloop rigged cruiser with simple rigging and shallow draft great for South Florida, Keys, Bahamas etc. I have had her for 5 years now, she was first kept in the water in Fort Lauderdale, and the last three years we have done 3 months each winter around South Florida and the Keys and hauled out in Indiantown, FL where she is now in dry storage.

Lush has received extensive maintenance and upgrades over my last few years of ownership. Engine has been well cared for and runs great. All regular maintenance performed, plus valve lash at start of each season.

Just last year, topside she got new stainless grab rails on the cabin top, all ports rebedded, deck hardware simplified and rebedded, new hardware for mainsail reefing system (2 reef slab), and new chain/rode for the oversizd delta which has served me well through a few bad storms.

New house and start batteries as well as new solar panels last season.
