C&C interiors are well crafted & well engineered. The private aft cabin adds a new dimension to the layout without sacrificing the navigation station. The galley has double stainless steel sinks on the centreline, dry locker outboard of the sinks with a 3 burner propane stove & oven. The large icebox has dual access covers & a 12v refrigeration system. Lots of drawers & lockers.

The main salon has a dinette to starboard with a fixed drop leaf centreline table. Settee to port side with the nav station situated the aft end.

Enclosed head is to starboard with hanging lockers opposite. Updated upholstery. Teak & holly cabin sole. The interior shows very well.

I will consider partial trade of a Toyhauler RV. The boat is currently in a slip but I can't guarantee the new owner assuming the slip.

I'm almost 70 and getting too old for climbing around a sailboat. After the cabin soles this is not a project boat any more than any boat is on ongoing project.

Main sail is good as well as Jib. There is about a 130% genoa that needs to be recut for this boat. The Horizon sailbag and lazyjacks are 1yr old.The mast & standing rig was new in 2021 and some running rig is new.TV, stereo.
Maxwell windlass, 5/16" chain and 60lb Bruce anchor with 2nd being a Fortress.
Aluminum arch with swing arm davits hanging a new 10ft Hypolon/fibreglass bottom RIB. 12hp 2cycle outboard not even broke in (1/2 hour). 1 1/4" SS top rail aft of side gates.
Watermaker was engine driven but have disassembled to relocate and repower.
New 3/8" thick side windows and custom made aluminum window frames for a triple sealed window.
12 volt refrigeration and propane gimballed three burner cooktop and oven. Double SS sink. LED lights
Boat will need cushions as the foam is old and tired.
Doesn't include any personal items including dish and cookware, linens, tools. Any spares included.
Going in soon for fresh bottom paint and some though hulls and one new triducer. I am also installing new soles in the main cabin. The price will go up after haul-out.
