26' Island Packet MKII

The Island Packet 26 is a full keel vessel that is approximately 30 feet in length from bow sprit to stern rail, a beam of 10 feet, six inches with a displacement of 8,000 lbs and 3,000 pounds of ballast. The vessel draws 3.8 feet, has a sail area of 405 S.F. and a Yanmar 15 HP diesel power plant. The vessel is in excellent condition and has been sailed exclusively in fresh water.

Having owned the vessel for 33 years, I can fully attest this is a safe, solid, and reliable sailboat ideally suited for cruising the Great Lakes. The vessel is currently located at Anchor Pointe Marina, slip E-7, nine miles east of Toledo.

Anchor Pointe Marina
The vessel is located at Anchor Point Marina, Slip E-7. Anchor Point is a full service marina with a restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities and marine mechanics. The Marina is organized under Ohio condominium law. I own slip E-7 (that has a deck) which is available for purchase ($1,000). As an alternative, the Buyer would be free to use slip E-7 for the remainder of the 2026 season.
