Wind Wizard II is a rare CS36 Merlin masthead sloop for sale in Vancouver. Built in 1988 by CS Yachts, the Merlin is often found in lists of bluewater boats for its seaworthiness and reliable performance. Wind Wizard II is a well-maintained and well-appointed boat with only 700 hours on the original diesel Volvo Penta and, until 2020, spent its time in fresh water in the Great Lakes. Recent upgrades to electronics and the electrical system in summer 2024 include Raymarine Axiom 7 Chartplotter and EV-1 autopilot (wheel pilot), LFP 200Ah house bank with Victron MultiPlus 2000 inverter/charger, Victron solar controller, Victron Orion DC-DC (50A) charger and Victron Cerbo GX for off site monitoring of electrical system.
