Bottom job August 2025 with 4 coats petit bottom paint.Radar, Garmin Navionics autopilot, Comes with 2024 West Marine dinghy 5 HP Honda outboard, rear davits for transport. Sails are 8/10 condition. Roller furling Genoa with Stack pack for Main. NEW Spinnaker, apparrently unused. All new bedding and interior curtains, new Lower seating upholstery in main Salon 90% completed, New interior curtains & Exterior canvas. 25 watt Radio, Garmin Navigation with autopilot, 2 30 gallon fresh water tanks, 2 18 gallon diesel tanks. Central air on shore power only, recently serviced. Wind generator and 500W solar , microwave. 4 deep cycle batteries. Interior ventilation fans throughout. New LED lighting. New Washdown pump, new fresh water pump. New Solar controller. Propane stove and grill on the stern rail. Propane hot water heater and shore power water heater Salon table drops down for a fourth sleeping area. heater. Boat is remarkably dry inside. Needs new frig, but I have an onboard 12V portable that works just fine.

Lewmar Pro-fish 1000 Windlass with 2 new batteries and New solenoid.
It has the typical gemini gelcoat cracking,but all decking is solid with no soft spots. It could use some topside paint, I've replaced a lot of the elecrical wiring. Needs new stereo speakers for the cockpit. I am still getting around to some repairs, autopilot clutch and a fuel sending unit.
