For your consideration is Griffin, 1984 my Jeanneau Sun Kiss 45 with a newer 1997 Yanmar 4JH2E that runs great.

This is a great boat and I was not planning on selling... but I recently purchased a home that needs renovating.
I will update the listing soon with interior photos. I should mention that I was in the middle of doing maintenance and updating some of the systems when I purchased the house so some things need to be installed / reinstalled. Also, the previous owner had removed some cabinetry for some reason and I have yet to replace it as the existing storage was sufficient... and I wanted to get out sailing!
