27' Tartan MK1

Tartan 27 restored inside and out in 2011. Has been on the trailer under a tarp since 2018.

- Replaced tiller/rudder post bracket in 2011
- Mainsail with 1 reefing point
- Two Genoas and storm jib
- LED interior lighting (3 fixtures have red light settings)
- Working submarine-type Bilge Pump
- Entire boat re-wired in 2011
- New cabin cushions in 2012
- Moroccan style cabin rug
- Refinished/painted interior in 2011. (Including the bilge)
- Reinforced/sealed cabin subfloors
- Reliable 30HP Universal Engine (Replaced the orginal Atomic 4 in 1995)
- Grocco brass water strainer
- Triple axle goose-neck trailer (new seals and bearings in 2011, new tires in 2018, will replace tires if needed during sale)

Needed work:
- Engine/prop-shaft alignment (Currently kicks the prop shaft off)
- pinched wire in red/green steaming lights
- Needs a new forward facing white steaming light
- oil leaks from around the dipstick tube (just enough to make the bilge dirty)
- Re-caulked portlights
- Brass turnbuckles are old
- Needs a new VHF radio
- Epoxy barrier coat and exterior paint
- Manual bilge pump doesn't work
- Replace at least two stanchion bases on deck
