Sail Inventory: Newer, full-battaned loose footed main, and 150% genoa w/ UV cover from Precision Sails. An additional older set in bags, in usable condition.
Sail handling: Stack Pack, newer Schaffer roller furler, and good halyards and sheets. (4) 2 speed winches, self-tailing, spinnaker halyard, spring-loaded boom vang, Various clutches and winch handles. All lines are led aft for easy handling.
Cockpit: Full set of cushions, destroyer wheel, swim ladder, full cockpit coverage bimini with built-in cover and stainless steel frame, (three bow). Lighted compass, cup holders. Binnacle cover lighted compass, LED steaming light, deck light combination unit and LED masthead anchor light. The mast was rewired by previous owner.
Electronics: Full B&G electronics package, with a chart plotter, Perry Lake map installed. GPS speed, water temp/depth, wind angle, speed etc. All work and newer.
Engine: Universal XP-25, 3 cylinder (Kubota) starts first time, every time. Engine hour meter shows about 220 hours. Just serviced, fresh oil/filter and fuel filters. The diesel tank was just drained, fuel discarded, cleaned, flushed and refilled with new diesel May 2026. All stanchions and mooring cleats rebedded with butyl tape May 2026.
Cabin: Horseshoe dinette seating with drop-down table for sleeping berth. Newer Webasto reverse cycle heat pump 16k btu. Ducted to v-berth and main cabin. Works absolutely wonderful! All lights are LED. Head has an electric flushing head (no manual pumping) with a dedicated water tank for flush water, not from lake water. The Catalina 30 has a large v-berth, and large aft berth. All cushions are clean, no tears or stains. Galley has double sinks, and a lot of storage drawers. In place of the stove is a refrigerator used at the dock, and the usual deep ice chest.
Genius two bank battery charger and switchover selector for 1, 2 or ALL.
Also included is a partial winter cover, bubbler with temperature controller, shore power cord, various fenders, six mooring lines with snubbers, various PFDs filters, belts, (5) Tripod boat stands. A strap arrangement is installed in the slip to prevent the bow from contacting the dock. Including anchor, and rode.

The ONLY reason for the sale of this nice, comfy, and reliable boat is that the drive from home is just too far for us to enjoy it often. I understand that this boat has been on Lake Perry its entire life.
