"Tapestry," our fin keel Tanzer 22 has been in the family for 50 years! I grew up on this boat, learning how to sail and how to take take of her with my dad. A spinal cord injury means no more sailing solo for me, so it is time to let her go. She's an old girl, but friendly and oh-so-fun to sail! We've taken great care of her since 1976 and she comes to you ready to go with all sails, rigging, cushions, tiller-ext., EVERYTHING in place and ready to get back in the water. The only thing that doesn't work is the sink which no longer pumps fresh water, but still drains.
Fin Keel w/ Transom Hung Rudder = delightfully nimble, good handling boat with windward helm.
A Tanzer 22 is a darn-near perfect fixed keel boat for a small family; easy sail, comfortable for 4 for an overnight, stable, quick, and she's cute. |

Tiller:
Tiller needs sanding/varnish. Tiller ext is nice. |
