Description:
At age 72, I am aging out of sailing due to strength and agility safety concerns. As such, I am looking for a qualified sailor to buy my 33-1/3% ownership share of Starfish Enterprise, a 2013 Hanse 445 self-tacking monohull. All three members of the vessel are highly participatory in the care of the vessel. New jib, new lithium battery bank, new dinghy motor, new davits, and new Bimini with LED lighting. High end electronics and autopilot.

During the sailing season, the boat is kept on a mooring ball at the Saint Thomas Yacht Club on Cowpet Bay, St Thomas. During hurricane season, the boat is laid up at the Safe Harbor Marina in Puerto del Rey, Puerto Rico, one of the top marinas in the Caribbean. The boat is owned within a Limited Liability Company established solely for joint ownership and management of the vessel. Operations are governed by a formal Partnership Agreement through which we conduct an annual serpentine draft for usage weeks.
