Well-maintained sailboat. S2 8.5 loved for day sailing on Lake Erie. Purchased 5 years ago, known for being well built. This is third S2, did not disappoint. Had three previous owners who took great care of boat. Has custom made winter cover. Professionally waxed. Located at Edgewater Yacht Club in Cleveland, OH.

Cockpit: Custom Screen Companionway Enclosure. Bimini Top. Halyards and Boom Vang led aft to cockpit. Folding Cockpit table with cup holders. Lewmar Cockpit Genoa Sheet Winches. Lewmar Halyard Winches.

Cabin: Icebox. Alcohol Stove. LED cabin lights with USB chargers. Pumpout head. Sleeps 5. Screens for all hatches and ports. 110 volt shore power and cord.

Deck: Anchor Locker. Danforth Anchor with chain and rope. 4 dock lines and fenders.
