Amazing trailer sailor in which we have sailed most of Lake Erie and towed to the Chesapeake, the North Channel, Mackinac, and many trips to the Florida Gulf Coast. She is 24.6 ft, with 8.25 ft beam. The fixed shallow draft wing keel provides 1200 lbs. of ballast and draws 2.67 ft. The boat includes tandem axle trailer and features standing headroom, enclosed marine head with 12.5 gal holding tank, open design with v berth and double quarter berth, drop down dinette table seats 4 adults, built in self-draining ice box, and sink with 13.5 gal freshwater tank. Overhead lights are mounted over the settees, above the galley, in the head, and over the double quarter berth. House power is supplied by a 75 ah deep cycle battery with a 50w solar panel and charge controller. The cockpit is large and comfortable with custom seat cushions, bimini, vented gas locker, and a storage locker on the port side large enough to hold fenders, dock lines, spare anchor, spare sail, and a 7.5 foot inflatable dinghy! (not included) The boat has tiller steering, a mid-boom traveler, and extremely handy engine mount cut into transom. A Raymarine ST 2000 tiller pilot is included. The boat comes with a 6hp Tohatsu which has been serviced and stored indoors each winter. The impeller was replaced winter 2025. The anchor locker holds an included Danforth with 12 feet of chain and 100 feet of 3 strand line. The main sail with double reef points has 2 seasons of use and the 135 roller furling genoa has only a single season of use. Electronics include a Standard Horizon VHF, brand new Hawkeye depth finder, and Garmin 441S chart plotter. Navigational lights include ps bow light, stern light, and masthead light with anchor and streaming modes. Attachable inner stay, halyard, blocks and cleats for staysail storm-sail. Over the last 3 years the hull/deck joint has been resealed, new rub rails installed, and opening port gaskets replaced. All of the running rigging is in serviceable or better condition. An a-frame with block and tackle for mast raising is also included. She is ready to sail today.
