Description:
I bought this boat from the Indianapolis Sailing Club in November of 2024. I've enjoyed sailing it, but I just bought another boat that's more my style and so I need to let this one go. This boat came with two main sails, both with Highlander class royalty patches. The mains are not pretty, with stains and holes, but they have worked fine for my non-racing day-sailing purposes. One of the mains has reef points and I've used them quite satisfactorily. That sail has a number that is different than the hull. The jib is in very good condition, but it came off a Lightning. The dimensions are about the same as a Highlander jib but slightly smaller. The boat has an older Sailor's Tailor skirted trailing/mooring cover that still does a good job of keeping the boat clean. Trailer seems good but I've used it only to get the boat to and from the Club ramp. I've added external halyards and a topping lift to her. She has a mount on the transom for a small outboard.
