The Hunter 320 is a comfortable and affordable cruising sailboat offering comfort and easy sailing characteristics. Her self-bailing cockpit is designed for dockside entertaining for 6 adults and the helmsmans seat folds down for easy access to the swim platform. With 64 standing headroom, several ports, the cabin is easy to move about in and well-lighted. With accommodations for up to 4-6 for sleeping there is a large aft stateroom enclosed by a wooden door which spans athwartships large enough for two adults. The forward stateroom is a double with hanging locker. In the main salon theres a starboard L-shaped 86 dinette with a table with leafs that accommodates 4 adults. To port is a 65 long settee that seats two adults or converts to a single berth. The U-shaped galley has a lot of Corian countertops, cabinets, ice box & 3 utensil drawers and an overhead shelf outfitted with fiddles for cups and plates. The nav station has a 29x20 chart table with seating accommodated by the after edge of the port settee. The head is equipped with a fiberglass sink, H&C water, a handheld shower & medicine cabinet. The Selden mast has a double set of spreaders supported by the B&R rig which is known for its good upwind performance. This multiple diamond stay configuration, along with the SS mast strut eliminates the need for a backstay. The strut stabilizes the lower section of the mast and creates a strong point for boom and spinnaker loading. The end boom mainsheet connects to the SS arch which makes for convenient traveler control as well. She has a 7/8s fractional sail plan which puts more power in the mainsail and so trimming the headsail is not such a chore. This is a fresh water boat. The owner is moving to Florida and so is selling Providence. For anyone wanting to keep the boat in its current location, he is throwing in the slip for the remainder of 2026.
