Location: currently in Ithaca, NY in slip and then Cayuga, NY on land, both on Lake Cayuga which is connected by the Erie Canal System to Hudson River and Atlantic Ocean, and to Great Lakes. Yanmar 3gm30f diesel engine rebuilt in 2019 with low hours. 7 mpg with clean hull. In 2022, teak removed from lower deck and re-cored with epoxy-coated marine plywood. Half of top deck re-cored in 2018. THERE IS NO MAIN MAST but I have the stays and hardware. There are many, used aluminum masts in boat yards and salvage yards from boats that have been scrapped, but it will take some looking to find one with a suitable cross-section and minimum length of 45. The original, wooden mizzen mast needs repair. Two wooden booms in good condition. Custom, spacious main cabin with removable oak table, teak ceiling, and red oak wall boards and floor boards. Charming, hand-painted folk-art mural on one wall. Bronze window frames. All window glass replaced in 2020. (They are taped-over for privacy.) Portable AC for main cabin.
